Idiom: Steam

This week’s idiom is:

blow off steam

"if you blow off steam, you express your anger or frustration"

I chose this one because of  K-drama I just watched (I’m still in episode 07 right now). This drama is about musical student in a university, somewhat like Glee, I guess. In this episode, they talk about how anger should look like on the stage and how to make people believe that they are angry, not acting. This is not an easy lesson, even in real world. I’m not the type of person who can easily express my feeling in front of others. People do have their own way to express their feelings, and anger is not an exception. I often blow the steam by writing all bad stuff about cause of the anger. My diary is my best friend at the time like that. However, I cannot remember when was the last time did it…
