Idiom: Grass

Be prepared for this week’s idiom:

let the grass grow round your feet

"if you let the grass grow round your feet, you delay doing things instead of taking action"

This idiom reminds me of my childhood life. My mom often nagged at me because I’m such a lazy girl. Whenever she asked me to do something, I would say “Ok” but then I didn’t move my body any inch because what I actually meant was “Ok mom, I’ll do it LATER” Hahaha.. This is really a bad habit! Once you become an adult, you will let the grass grow round your feet for most of the things in your life. Just like the way I am now *sigh*. Who’s with me?
