This is one of Indonesian traditional foods. It’s very easy to make. The main ingredients is flour. Some people use egg to make the dough come together, but make sure not to use too much. You don’t want it to e like a pancake, do you?
For the filling, we usually put veggies like carrot and cabbage. If you want a more luxurious one, you can add shrimp into it. Don’t forget to pour some salt and pepper for the better taste. Mix them all together with a little amount of water and fried them in the oil. Within less than 5 minutes, your bakwan will be ready o serve.
