Idiom: Roses

I let this picture shows this week’s idiom:

“if things come up roses, they produce a positive result especially when things seemed to be going badly at first”

This picture was taken when I was visiting Floriade 2012 in Venlo about 2 months ago. You can find this in one are where they promote NRW, as part of Germany. I like the idea of showing off their beautiful flowers in combination with some idioms. In addition, they present them with 3 languages (Dutch, Deutsch, and English). I’ll post another pic showing another idiom in another language later on ;)

Ok,  there’s nothing I can blab about the idiom, actually. We just have to believe in what we do and give it our best so it will come up roses!
