Bamberg

I think I promised somewhere in my early post that I will have another post about Bamberg. Let me see.. ah, here it is!

I’ve visit this city twice since it’s only 30 minutes away by train. Bamberg is really a small city in Bavaria, but it has many worth seeing things. Once you walk in the small streets in its Old Town, you will feel like you’re not in year 2000-something. The historical buildings might not be as many and fascinated as those in other cities, but the atmosphere somehow can take you to the past days.

Bamberg is known as the Franconian Rome because of the hills. It also has little venice (Klein Venedig) which looks beautiful during spring. Not to mention, there is Garden Festival going on now until the first week of October.  Interested?
